American Eagle on Tuesday launched three daily nonstop flights between New York LaGuardia Airport (LGA) and Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).
The company said in a statement that is flying the route with CRJ-700 planes. The plane has nine business class seats.
“These three daily flights to Charlotte not only link two powerful business centers, but also offer customers convenient connections through New York to destinations throughout American’s global network,” said Art Torno, American’s Vice President – New York.
Eagle has 25 CRJ-700 aircraft in its fleet. The airline has also begun taking delivery of 22 new two-class CRJ-700s, with all the new jets arriving by the end of second quarter 2011.
Eagle’s CRJ-700 offers either 54 or 56 seats in coach and nine seats in business class.
