At least two people were killed on Thursday night after a medical helicopter crashed in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma, officials said.

The Eagle Med helicopter, a Eurocopter AS350, crashed at about 7:45 p.m. local time, said Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Lynn Lunsford. He said the helicopter was on its way from Integris Medical Center in Oklahoma City to pick up a patient.

“Another helicopter was dispatched to pick up somebody involved in the crash,” Lunsford added.

Further details were not immediately available.

It appears as though the lone survivor has been stabilized and should recover. Let's pray for the family, friends and co-workers of those that lost their lives in this terrible tragedy today…they shall be sorely missed by those of us that knew and loved them dearly!
