American Eagle Airlines on Thursday began twice-daily, nonstop jet service between Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Columbus Metropolitan Airport (CSG) in Georgia and Cheyenne Regional Airport (CYS) in Wyoming.
Both new routes were launched using 44-seat Embraer ERJ-140 jet aircraft.
With the launch of the DFW-CSG flight, “customers from both Georgia and Alabama can make a day trip to DFW or enjoy convenient connections to more than 250 destinations throughout American’s global network,” said Gary Foss, Vice President of Planning and Marketing for the AA Regional Network.
Foss said the new DFW-CYS flight “is the result of a unique business partnership between American and the Wyoming Department of Transportation and the Cheyenne community.”
Columbus and Cheyenne will be connected to more than 250 destinations throughout American’s global network.
