United Airlines Twitter hacked

@UnitedAirlines just sent out an interesting tweet linking to a site selling some, ahem, male enhancement product. Oh well, it can happen to the best of us. Well, except us. (Knock on wood.) Wait, I mean getting hacked, not ED. Wait, now the “knock on wood” bit is inappropriate. Nevermind.

Or maybe they weren’t hacked and UA is exploring some novel alternative revenue streams. After all, those shiny new 787s aren’t going to pay for themselves.

Update 2:00AM ET: The offending tweet seems to have been removed.

[Hat tip to AirlineReporter for first noticing the hack.]
