Sun Country Seeks $50 Million State Bailout

For the first time through the current spell of airline instability, an airline is seeking the government’s financial help to survive. The Star Tribune reports Minneapolis-based LCC Sun Country is seeking $25 million a year in assistance from the state of Minnesota, possibly in the form of loan guarantees.
